Prestige Leathers manufactures motorcycle apparel for brands across Europe, North America, Japan and the Middle East. We're a specialised factory, not a marketplace — every line is built to a buyer's spec, with full pattern-making, sample iteration and pre-production approval before bulk runs.

Our 12-acre facility integrates pattern-making, leather and textile cutting, in-house stitching, armor assembly, quality control and packaging — all under one roof. 240+ technicians. Triple-stitched, twin-needle construction. CE Level 2 across the racing and adventure line.

We work in three modes: OEM stock with your branding, ODM modifications to our standing references, and bespoke development from your tech-pack. The right path depends on whether you're scaling an existing brand or launching a new line.

01 / Pattern
Pattern-making.
In-house pattern team. Tech-packs translated to graded patterns across XS — 4XL. Custom sizing on request.
02 / Cut
Cutting.
Leather, textile and lining cut on dedicated tables. Cowhide 1.0–1.4 mm full-grain, 600D Cordura, buffalo 2.0 mm.
03 / Stitch
Stitching.
Triple, twin-needle construction. 240+ machinists across leather and textile lines. Bonded thread. Heavy-gauge YKK zips.
04 / Armor
Armor & assembly.
CE Level 1 and Level 2 armor at shoulders, elbows, knees, back and chest. EPS speed humps. TPU and magnesium sliders.
05 / QC
Quality control.
Multi-stage QC at cutting, stitching, armor and final pack. Defect rates under 1.5% across the line.
06 / Pack
Packaging.
Polybag, branded box, hangtag, woven label, care label. Retail-ready pack to your spec or DTC drop-ship pack.
07 / Lab
Materials lab.
In-house test for abrasion, tear strength, seam strength and colourfastness. Reports issued per shipment on request.
08 / Sample
Sample room.
Dedicated sample team. Standard sample lead time 3 weeks; bespoke iterations 5–6 weeks across two to three rounds.

Every reference in the racing and adventure line is engineered to CE Level 2 standards. Materials and trims sourced from named suppliers — YKK Japan zips, premium full-grain cowhide, Cordura textile, EPS armor cores. Test reports issued per shipment on request.
